General
Xtreme HD IPTV is an IPTV subscription service that gives you access to over 20,000 live channels and more than 80,000 movies and series, streamed through a compatible IPTV player app on your device of choice. It includes a full electronic program guide, Anti-Freeze technology aimed at stable playback, and plans for one or more simultaneous connections.
Neither — it's a subscription service. You use your own device (a Smart TV, Firestick, phone, computer, etc.) along with a separate, compatible IPTV player app, and your Xtreme HD IPTV credentials connect that app to the channel and content library.
Subscription
Every Xtreme HD IPTV plan includes access to the live channel lineup, the on-demand movie and series library, the electronic program guide, and Anti-Freeze technology. Available stream quality (HD, Full HD or 4K) depends on the specific content and channel. Plans differ mainly by subscription length and the number of simultaneous connections included.

Installation
Setup involves installing a compatible IPTV player app on your device and entering the login details from your subscription. Our installation guides walk through the process for each major device type, and our support team is available on WhatsApp if you need help along the way.
Once you've installed a compatible IPTV player, you'll enter your account information (such as your username, password, or M3U/Xtream Codes URL, depending on the app) inside that player's setup screen. The exact fields vary by app — check the relevant installation guide for your device.
Streaming Quality
EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide. It's an on-screen, TV-guide-style listing that shows what's currently airing and what's coming up next across your channel lineup, so you can plan your viewing without switching channels to check.
4K streams are available on select content and channels where the source supports it. Actual playback quality depends on the specific stream, your device's capabilities, and your internet connection — not every channel or title is available in 4K.
As a general guideline, a stable connection of around 15-25 Mbps is a reasonable starting point for smooth HD streaming, with more headroom recommended for 4K or if multiple devices share the same connection. Actual requirements vary with resolution, network stability, and other activity on your network.
Anti-Freeze technology is designed to help keep playback stable and reduce interruptions during live viewing. As with any streaming service, occasional issues can still occur due to factors like your local internet connection or network congestion.
Troubleshooting
Start by checking your internet speed and restarting your router. Close other apps or devices using bandwidth on the same network, and if you're on Wi-Fi, try moving closer to the router or switching to a wired Ethernet connection where possible. If the issue continues, contact support with details about your device and the channel or title affected.
Double-check that your username, password or M3U/Xtream Codes URL were entered exactly as provided, without extra spaces. If it still doesn't work, message our support team on WhatsApp with your device and app name so we can help resolve it.
